Which paint spray system to choose?

This collection includes a cordless HVLP spray gun, a pressure pot spray gun, a multi-jet model, an airless sprayer, a high-pressure hose, and an inflatable spray booth. It covers painting walls, ceilings, furniture, or compatible parts, from the application tool to the work environment.

The four choices that determine the finish

  • Technology: HVLP aims for close control; airless quickly covers large surfaces; the pressure pot handles different flow rates. Choose according to paint and surface.
  • Nozzle and viscosity: Diameter, jet shape, and allowable dilution must match the product applied. Consult the paint and spray gun recommendations.
  • Pressure and fittings: For pressure systems, check service range, threading, hose, and length. Never combine elements with different allowable pressures.
  • Containment: A booth helps contain overspray in a designed setting, with appropriate ventilation and space. It does not replace protections or local regulations.

Which equipment for furniture, walls, or workshop?

For small parts and frequent changes, the cordless HVLP spray gun provides mobility. Large wall and ceiling areas are better suited for airless, provided masking and pressure are mastered. The pot spray gun is suitable for a workstation equipped with a compatible power supply.

Ventilation, testing, and cleaning

Read the paint safety data sheets, ventilate, and wear a mask, glasses, gloves, and appropriate clothing. Keep away from any ignition source. Test on cardboard to adjust flow and jet, then maintain constant distance and speed. Depressurize before disassembly, immediately clean the nozzle, filter, and circuit with the compatible product. Inspect the hose and replace it at the slightest damage or swelling.
