Smooth from the center outwards with consistent pressure and slightly overlapping strokes. Remove the paper gradually in front of the area you are working on. Do not pull on the film to correct misalignment: tension can distort the pattern and promote lifting at the corners.

If a crease appears, stop immediately. Carefully lift only the recently applied part if the product and surface allow for repositioning, then resume without stretching. Do not scratch a bubble with a blade and do not systematically pierce all imperfections; first look for the method recommended in the instructions.

The product sheet suggests a gradual dry application on a prepared surface. Do not add soapy water or extra glue without manufacturer validation. Some methods are suitable for other films, but this does not make them universal.

For a large surface, work with a second person to support the free part. Their role is to prevent premature contact with the surface, not to stretch the sheet like a tarp. Always keep the smoothing area visible.

5. Finish the edges and check furniture opening
