How to choose the right size safety shoes?
The right size safety shoe ensures comfort, stability, and protection. Here's the easiest way to find your size, for men or women.
- Stand up, place your bare foot on the ground, heel against a wall.
- Place a sheet of paper under the foot and mark the tip of the longest toe.
- Measure the heel → toe distance in centimeters.
- Add 0.5 to 1 cm to leave a slight space in the shoe.
- Refer to this length in the size chart.
👉 If you are between two sizes, always choose the larger one, especially with safety toe caps or thick socks.

Should I order a size up?
Not automatically. Start with your usual shoe size, then adjust if you use insoles or thick socks.
How can I tell if the size is right?
Your toes don't touch the toe cap when walking, your heel is well supported, and you're comfortable all day long.
Is the size the same as for regular sneakers?
The basic structure is similar, but each brand sizes slightly differently.
