How to choose your safety shoe size?
How to choose your safety shoe size?
The right safety shoe size ensures comfort, stability, and protection. Here is the simplest method to find your shoe size, whether for men or women.
- Stand with your bare foot on the floor, heel against a wall.
- Place a sheet of paper under your foot and mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure the heel → toe distance in centimeters.
- Add 0.5 to 1 cm to allow for a slight space in the shoe.
- Refer to this length in the size chart.
👉 If you are between two sizes, always choose the larger one, especially with a safety toe cap or thick socks.

Should I take one size up?
Not automatically. Start with your usual size, then adjust if you use insoles or thick socks.
How do I know if the size is right?
Your toes don't touch the toe cap when walking, your heel is well supported, and you are comfortable all day.
Is the size the same as for classic sneakers?
The base is similar, but each brand sizes a little differently.
