Hydraulic Crimping Pliers 16–300 mm²: Essential, Without Complication
Large terminals require pressure that conventional pliers cannot provide correctly. These manual crimpers develop 120 kN and accommodate eleven hexagonal dies from 16 to 300 mm² for large-section copper cables.
Why it makes a difference
- Hydraulic force: 120 kN reduces the effort required for large sections.
- Eleven dies: Each cable can be paired with a die corresponding to its cross-section.
- Adaptable access: The swiveling head facilitates positioning when space is limited.

Frequently asked questions
Can it crimp PEX pipes?
This model should primarily be used with compatible cable lugs. A die expressed in mm² is not a plumbing jaw.
How to release the pressure?
Operate the oil return control after completing the crimping cycle.
Manuzen's advice: Never crimp without a die and check the correspondence between the lug, the conductor, and the selected die.
