16–400 mm² Electric Hydraulic Crimping Tool: Essential, without complication
Large cross-section cables require significant and consistent compression. This EZ-400 crimping tool develops 120 kN and covers sections from 16 to 400 mm² with twelve dies, while remaining mobile thanks to its 18 V battery.
Why it makes a difference
- Very wide range: twelve dies cover common sections from 16 to 400 mm².
- High hydraulic force: 120 kN facilitates hexagonal crimping of large lugs.
- Cordless operation: the 18 V 4 Ah battery allows you to work away from an outlet.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of lugs is it designed for?
It is designed for cable lugs compatible with hexagonal dies and the indicated sections.
Can it crimp without a die?
No. Operating the head without a die can damage the tool and produce an unsafe crimp.
Manuzen's tip: Isolate the cable, check its actual cross-section, and fully align the lug in the die before the cycle.
